PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS MATTER is before the Court on Hiscox and Tenants' Joint Motion for Extension of Time to File Replies in Support of Their Motions for Summary Judgment (DE 105 ) ("Motion"). In the Motion, Plaintiff and Defendants Fuquan Thomas, Lawonda Breedlove, Catresa Montgomery, Shekita Whitfield, Grecia Bozeman, and Joanna Manzi ("Tenants") request an additional seven (7) days to file replies in support of their respective Motions for Summary Judgment (DE 91 ; DE 93 ). Upon review of the Motion and the record, and for good cause shown, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion is GRANTED. Plaintiff and Tenants shall file their replies in support of their respective Motions for Summary Judgment and accompanying statements of facts on or before August 28, 2026.
