THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and among the Parties that the discovery cutoff is continued to July 31, 2026, and KPRS' non-dispositive motions deadline is continued to August 7, 2026. All other deadlines and the trial date remain the same. The parties may request additional extensions for good cause shown.
