ENDORSED ORDER re 24 Order directing the parties to file notice of mediation. On August 24, the Court ordered the parties to "confer and advise the Court on the selection of a mediator and the mediation date within fourteen (14) days from the date of this Order." See Dkt. 24. The parties failed to timely comply. The Court hereby APPOINTS Jeffrey M. Fleming, court-certified mediator, as mediator in this case. On or before September 18, 2026, the parties shall contact Mr. Fleming, schedule mediation in this case, and file a notice advising the Court on the date of the scheduled mediation.
