Plaintiff did not respond to Defendant's motion for sanctions, as directed. Court will rule by mail. Plaintiff has not provided Defendant with any additional information regarding the two devices Defendant seeks and Plaintiff has not been in contact with Defendant. Status hearing set for 6/9/26 at 9:00 a.m. The Court again admonished Plaintiff that his lack of attention and participation in the case, including failing to respond to motions and to appear for Court hearings may subject him to sanctions, including dismissal of his case.
