ORDER: For the reasons set forth in the attached Order, Defendant has failed to demonstrate that this Court has subject matter jurisdiction over this action under 28 U.S.C. § 1332(a) because the Notice of Removal and accompanying documents fail to establish the parties' citizenships and that the amount in controversy is more than $75,000. Accordingly, Defendant must show cause by August 7, 2026 in writing, with all material facts established by sworn affidavit, why this Court should not remand this action for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. Defendant is cautioned that failure to timely respond to this order will result in a remand to state court for lack of subject matter jurisdiction and this case will be closed.
