STIPULATION TO SET SCHEDULING DEADLINES :NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned Parties, through their attorneys and subject to the Courts approval, stipulate and agree to the following: 1. On or before July 15, 2026, Defendants shall file their motion to compel arbitration (the MTCA); 2. Plaintiffs may file either a single consolidated response or one response per case to Defendants MTCA within twenty-eight (28) days of the filing of the MTCA, and Defendants shall file their reply in kind in support of their MTCA within fourteen (14) days of Plaintiffs response; 3. The Parties agree to limited discovery relevant to the MTCA during the pendency of the MTCA briefing and will meet and confer regarding the scope of such discovery;4. Defendants deadlines for responding to the complaints shall be stayed until after the Court rules on the MTCA; 5. If the Court denies the MTCA, the Parties shall meet and confer within fourteen (14) days of such denial regarding the filing of an amended complaint and a further casemanagement and briefing schedule;6. By agreeing to and entering into this stipulation, the Parties do not waive, andexpressly reserve, any and all rights and defenses which may be available to them in connectionwith the Related Actions.
