ORDER denying without prejudice 35 Motion for Order to Show Cause. Signed by Magistrate Judge Amanda Arnold Sansone on 6/26/2026. (BEE)
Order on Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery
TEXT ORDER. Defendant Frontier Group Holdings, Inc.'s Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to Plaintiff's Second Set of Interrogatories and First Request for Admission (Doc. 34) is GRANTED in part. This Court tends to strictly enforce its motion-related conferral requirements to foster communication between the parties, narrow or resolve issues without court involvement, and ensure that disputes are neither under nor overstated when first presented to the court for resolution. Here, Defendant was unable to confer with Plaintiff regarding this specific motion, although it conferred with Plaintiff regarding the motion's subject matter in the past. (See Doc. 34 at 4). Accordingly, the Court grants Defendant until June 30, 2026, to respond to Plaintiff's Discovery Requests, which is the same length of time that Defendant would have had to file a supplemental notice of conferral pursuant to Local Rule 3.01(g)(3) regarding its motion. Signed by Judge John L. Badalamenti on 6/26/2026. (CAR)
