Fitzgerald: The Court is in receipt of Defendant Ryan Compton's Notice of Bankruptcy filed on March 30, 2026. (Docket No. 166). Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. Sec. 362, the action as between Plaintiff Philip Smith and Defendant Ryan Compton must be stayed. The entire action is therefore STAYED, including Counter Claimant Fruend's compulsory counterclaims. The Pretrial Conference and Jury Trial are VACATED. The parties shall file a joint status report every 90 days to apprise the Court of the status of the bankruptcy proceedings, or within 10 days of any final resolution in the pending bankruptcy action, with the first report due no late than September 3, 2026.
