Accordingly, the motion to compel is granted. No modification of the scheduling order is required, but the parties are expected to cooperate in setting the date and time for the IME. As the court previously ordered, Defendant shall reimburse Plaintiff's mileage to and from Monroe (from the federal court in Shreveport) at $0.54 per mile.
