The Receiver's proposed Allowed Claim Amounts, as set forth in the amended Reconciled Claims Report, attached hereto as Exhibit A, are APPROVED, and the Receiver's proposed Distribution Plan as stated in the Motion is APPROVED. The Receiver shall use commercially reasonable efforts to complete the Distribution within 60 days of entry of this Order to claimants who have provided accurate and complete payment instructions, consistent with the Distribution Plan. Notice to Counsel of Local Rule
NOTICE of Local Rule 1.11(e), which provides that, unless an order states another time, a seal under Rule 1.11 expires ninety days after a case is closed and all appeals are exhausted.
