Davis Powell and Mike Marino appeared on behalf of Plaintiffs, and Ken Klemm and Sarah Casey appeared on behalf of Defendants. The undersigned noted that no jurisdictional review has issued because Vine Energy remains a Defendant, and the court has no information on its citizenship. After discussion, the undersigned set a deadline of August 7, 2026, for Plaintiffs to voluntarily dismiss Vine Energy or for Defendants to provides citizenship. Additionally, a trial was set before Judge S. Maurice Hicks, Jr., on August 23, 2027, at the Tom Stagg United States Courthouse, and a pre-trial conference was set before Judge Hicks on July 29, 2027, at 10:00 a.m. A scheduling order will issue separately.
