TEXT ORDER: Plaintiff filed her 1 Complaint on May 8, 2026, to which Defendant responded with a 12 Motion to Dismiss. Plaintiff has now filed an 14 Amended Complaint. Under Civil Local Rule 7.1(E), Defendant's motion to dismiss is now moot, as it attacks an inoperative pleading. Accordingly, the Clerk is directed to MOOT Defendant's 12 Motion to Dismiss.
