ELECTRONIC ORDER:
The Court is in receipt of the parties' Joint Status Report (Doc. No. 99). Having carefully considered the Joint Report, the Court finds good cause to extend Defendants' deadline to respond to Plaintiffs' Motion for Reconsideration (Doc. No. 88). Accordingly, the Court GRANTS the requested extension. Defendants shall file their response by May 4, 2026.
Further, the parties shall file a joint status report by April 24, 2026, notifying the Court of any updates relevant to or impact on this litigation as a result of the recent Department of Labor notice (Doc. No. 99 at 1).
