Plaintiffs are directed to serve supplemental affidavits with respect to Kimberly Pheobus's and David Bowd's employment, compensation, income, and/or earnings since their last-served affidavits on that subject matter in 2022 by July 13, 2026. Defendants shall notify plaintiffs of any resultant changes to their expert opinion and inputs used in reaching that opinion by July 27, 2026.The parties shall file a joint status update by July 31, 2026 certifying that discovery is complete.
