ORDER ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSING CASE: On or before August 26, 2026, the parties shall file a stipulation of dismissal signed by the parties who have appeared in the action, under Rule 41(a)(1) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Should the parties move to reopen the case within the allotted time frame, they should be prepared to proceed with trial on the previously scheduled date of December 7, 2026, along with a dispositive motion deadline of August 31, 2026 and an expedited briefing schedule on any dispositive motions (responses due September 14, 2026 and replies due September 21, 2026). The parties are reminded that settlement negotiations, execution of final settlement paperwork and/or performance of a settlement agreement will not constitute grounds to continue the trial.
