THE PARTIES FURTHER STIPULATE THAT THE ADELPHOI DEFENDANTS SHALL FILE RESPONSES TOTHE INDIVIDUAL THIRD AMENDED COMPLAINTS WITHIN TWENTY-ONE (21) DAYS OF EACH PLAINTIFF'S FILING OF HIS RESPECTIVE THIRD AMENDED COMPLAINT. THE PARTIES FURTHER STIPULATE THAT THE ADELPHOI DEFENDANTS' EMERGENCY MOTION TO STAY OR, ALTERNATIVELY, EXTEND DEADLINE TO RESPOND TO THIRD AMENDED COMPLAINT PENDINGRESOLUTION OF MOTION TO SEVER [ECF NO. 67] SHALL BE RENDERED MOOT UPON THE SEVERANCE OF THE CASES AND THE APPROVAL BY THE COURT OF THIS STIPULATION.
