Holleb Hotaling: Based on the Romeoville Defendants' status report [Dkt. 250], they are to file an updated status report concerning what happened at the 6/30/2026 Rule to Show Cause hearing regarding the deposition of DePalmer in the SDIL and to provide a proposed date by which DePalmer will be deposed. The Court will then determine the date by which it will hold open fact discovery for the sole purpose of allowing the Romeoville Defendants to take DePalmer's deposition (which will not be an indefinite time period).
