The parties request the court’s assistance in resolving a dispute related to an order entered by this court, before this case was stayed. See 201 , April 8, 2024 Memorandum and Order. The court rules as follows:
The Plaintiff requests, and the Defendants do not oppose, in camera review of the documents at issue. The Defendants shall provide to the court, for in camera review, the six documents referenced at the bottom of page five of the Salesforce document (DPY00011889 – 94) reviewed at the hearing, in addition to an unredacted copy of the Salesforce document itself. Electronic copies of the three documents that had been previously identified by the parties shall be emailed to Deputy Clerk Leo Vieira, ex parte, by end of day Monday, July 27, 2026; the Defendants may have additional time to review the remaining three documents, and the unredacted Salesforce document, but shall submit electronic copies of these four documents to the court, ex parte, as soon as possible. Moreover, the Defendants shall, following their submission, file a certification that the spreadsheet they have already provided to the Plaintiff contains all the “child case” data that the Plaintiff seeks, and that no other documents exist.
