Minute Entry for proceedings held before Magistrate Judge Ronald L Hanna: Status Conference held by telephone on 9/14/2026. Attorney Cameron Davidson appeared for Plaintiffs. Attorney Nicholas Nastruz appeared for Defendant Brian Nastruz and indicated that he will serve as lead counsel for that Defendant. Attorney Ricci appeared for Defendant Midwest Demolition and Scrap, Inc. Attorney Pryor appeared for Defendant Sheppard Auto Sales and Parts, Inc. The Court discussed with counsel the status of the case, including outstanding discovery responses owed by Plaintiffs to Sheppard and Midwest. Counsel are directed to meet and confer regarding all remaining discovery on or before September 21, 2026. The parties shall file a joint status report on or before September 24, 2026, which shall: (1) identify and briefly summarize all discovery that remains outstanding; (2) set forth an agreed proposed schedule for completing the remaining discovery or, if the parties cannot agree, briefly identify the areas of disagreement and each partys proposed deadlines; and (3) propose a deadline for dispositive motions. The Court will thereafter determine what, if any, additional deadlines or proceedings are necessary. The Court notes that the prior discovery and dispositive-motion deadlines have expired, and this Order does not itself reopen or extend those deadlines.(Tape #ZOOM - 11:02 AM.) (DW)
