Order on Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery
TEXT ORDER: The parties' 67 Joint Motion to Extend the Discovery Deadlines is DENIED with leave to renew. The undersigned's standing order imposes certain requirements on motions to modify a discovery schedule that seek extend the dispositive motion deadline. Among other things, parties must state, with specificity, the discovery that has been completed thus far, along with an explanation of why the current schedule could not be complied with. Finally, parties must specifically indicate which deadline they wish to extend, and what date they want to extend it to. See Hon. Ronald L.
