Fact discovery in this action is extended until September 30, 2026. 2. Initial expert report disclosure shall be completed by October 21, 2026. 3. Rebuttal expert report disclosure shall be completed by November 19, 2026. 4. Expert depositions shall be completed by December 21, 2026. 5. Objections or motions to exclude or limit expert testimony due to qualification of the expert or reliability of the opinions shall be filed by January 20, 2027. 6. Motions for summary judgment shall be filed by the later of 45 days after the Court's decisions on the pending Motions to Dismiss, or 45 days after the close of expert discovery. SO ORDERED.
