Judgment
JUDGMENT. The undisputed record and Slim's own concessions both confirm that his Title VII claims are untimely. For this reason, the Court dismisses those claims with prejudice and declines to exercise supplement jurisdiction over Slim's state law claims. Because, however, Slim's Title VII claims fail to state a claim upon which relief can be granted, the Court dismisses Counts I and II of the Amended Complaint (Doc. 12 ) with prejudice. The Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over Slim's KAAD claim and dismisses Count III of the Amended Complaint (Doc. 12 ) without prejudice. Cox's Motion to Dismiss (Doc. 16 ) is denied as moot. This case is closed. Signed by deputy clerk on 10/6/2026. (mam)
