ORDER that Plaintiffs' Emergency Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction (Doc. 9 ) is DENIED AS MOOT in light of the parties' agreement as reflected in Defendant's Response (Doc. 15 ) and this Order. FURTHER ORDERED that, based on the parties' agreement, Defendant Bearfoot LLC, its officers, agents, employees, attorneys, and all persons acting in active concert or participation with Defendant who receive actual notice of this Order, are RESTRAINED AND ENJOINED as set forth in the attached Order. FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs shall serve a copy of this Order onNameCheap, Inc. within forty-eight (48) hours of entry. FURTHER ORDERED that no bond is required, as the parties have so agreed. FURTHER ORDERED that this Order shall remain in effect pending resolution of this litigation. Either party may move to dissolve or modify this Order pursuant to the Federal Rule of Civil Procedure.
