ORDER: Plaintiffs Thomas Weeks, Jennifer Carrig, Blake Carrig, Danny Lakey, and Cheryl Shadden provided Notice to the Court that they do not consent to the proposed dismissal. ECF No. 76. Having reviewed the Notice, the Court hereby ORDERS both Plaintiffs counsel and any Plaintiff who objects to the proposed dismissal to provide the Court with availability for an in-person hearing.
