Minutes of proceedings[non-document] before Judge Pamela A. Barker. Status Conference held on 8/12/2026. Participating on behalf of Plaintiffs was Attorney Jeffrey T. Witschey and participating on behalf of Defendants were Attorneys Christina M. Paul, Michael Harris and with permission of the Court, Damely Perez. After hearing from counsel for the parties relative to Plaintiffs' request that the case management deadlines be extended for 60 days, the Court advised counsel for the parties that it would grant a 30-day extension of the case management deadlines, and that the Court will not extend the deadlines again absent extraordinary circumstances. Accordingly, the fact discovery deadline is now October 19, 2026, the expert discovery deadline is now January 11, 2027, and the dispositive motion deadline is now February 10, 2027. Also, at the request of counsel for the parties, the Court divided the January 11, 2027 expert discovery deadline into the following stages to facilitate the orderly exchange of information: the deadline for disclosing affirmative expert witness(es) currently expected to testify, along with a written report prepared and signed by the witness(es) pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(a)(2) is November 2, 2026; the deadline for disclosing rebuttal expert witness(es), if any, along with a written report prepared and signed by the witness(es) pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(a)(2), limited to contradicting or rebutting opinions disclosed in opening expert report(s) is December 7, 2026; the deadline for limited reply report(s), limited to responding only to new matters raised in rebuttal report(s) is December 21, 2026; and the deadline for completing depositions of expert witness(es), and close of expert discovery is January 11, 2027. Order [non-document] This Court has reviewed Plaintiffs' Motion for Leave to File a Partial Motion for Summary Judgment ("Plaintiffs' Motion") and Notice of Withdrawal of Plaintiffs' Partial Motion for Summary Judgment and hereby denies Plaintiffs' Motion. (Doc. No. 100 .) Furthermore, Plaintiffs' Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (Doc. No. 98 ) has been withdrawn, and therefore, Defendants' Joint Motion to Strike is denied as moot (Doc. No. 99 ).
