Order on Motion for Extension of Time to File Response/Reply/Answer
PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon Plaintiff's Unopposed Motion for Enlargement of Time to Reply to Defendants' Response to Plaintiff's Motion for Contempt. 380 . Therein, Plaintiff seeks an extension of eleven (11) days to file his reply as he and one of the Defendants are "engaged in settlement negotiations in an attempt to amicably resolve the issues raised in the Motion without judicial intervention." Id. at 2. Defendants do not oppose the relief requested. Id. at 2-3. Accordingly, UPON CONSIDERATION of the Motion, the pertinent portions of the record, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion 380 is GRANTED.
