MINUTE ORDER (IN CHAMBERS) ORDER REGARDING DEFENDANT VAN DYK'S MOTION FOR SANCTIONS (DKT. NO. 279 ) by Magistrate Judge Autumn D. Plaintiff Emerging Acquisitions may file a response of no more than 10 pages (excluding attachments) by no later than September 29, 2026. No further merits arguments are permitted.
