TEXT ORDER: In response to the parties' proposed agreed order (DN 16 ), the Court indefinitely stays any deadlines associated with the pending motion to dismiss (DN 14 ) while the parties engage in settlement negotiations. In light of this, the court denies as moot the parties' proposed agreed order to extend the Plaintiff's deadline to respond to the motion to dismiss (DN 15 ). The parties shall submit a joint status report every 90 days from entry of this order or promptly after any significant developments in this case.
