(IN CHAMBERS) Second Order Regarding Plaintiff's Opposition to Defendants' Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 20) by Magistrate Judge Christina T. Shay. To date, Plaintiff has not filed an opposition to the Motion or responded to the Court's Order. Plaintiff is once more ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE BY AUGUST 4, 2026 why the Court should not recommend that the lawsuit be dismissed for failure to file an opposition to the Motion or comply with the Court's Order. If Plaintiff files an opposition to the Motion on or before that date, the Order to Show Cause will be discharged, and no additional action needs to be taken. SEE ORDER FOR DETAILS. 20 (ch)

The parties are ORDERED to show cause, in writing, by no later than August 19, 2026, why the Court should not dismiss this action. Failure to file a response shall be deemed consent to dismissal. The Court further DENIES the pending Motion for Good Faith Settlement Determination and Dismissal of the Third-Party Complaint, filed at ECF No. 253 , as moot. (iv)
