Order on Motion for Extension of Time
ORDER denying 36 Motion for Extension of Time. Per Local Rule 7(b)(3), "All motions for extension of time shall be filed at least three (3) business days before the deadline sought to be extended, except in cases in which compelling circumstances warranting an extension arise during the three business days before the deadline. Any motion for extension of time filed fewer than three business days before the deadline sought to be extended shall, in addition to satisfying all other requirements of this Rule, set forth reasons why the motion was not filed at least three business days before the deadline in question."
The Motion for Extension of Time, in its current form, does not comport with this rule. Accordingly, it is denied without prejudice to refiling in compliance with Local Rule 7(b)(3).
