Order
TEXT ORDER: Further to the Court's Order issued earlier today, the deadline to file any motion for settlement approval is held in abeyance pending the parties' resolution of the allocation issue. By July 31st, the parties will submit a joint status letter concerning their progress in resolving this item, including each side's last and best proposal to resolve the issue. Thereafter, the Court will set a status conference. Because the joint status report will likely contain settlement communications protected by Fed. R. Evid. 408, the parties may submit the updated joint status report via njdnef_hammer@njd.uscourts.gov in lieu of filing it on the docket. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Michael A. Hammer on 7/1/2026. (Hammer, Michael)
TEXT ORDER: The Court has reviewed the parties' June 30th request for a conference. The Court's schedule does not permit a conference in the short term, and the Court will provide the parties a conference date via separate order. In the interim, the parties will continue to attempt to negotiate the allocation issue. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Michael A. Hammer on 7/1/2026. (Hammer, Michael)
