TEXT ORDER: Defendants' 216 Joint Motion to Clarify Expert Discovery Deadlines remains pending. The parties' Joint Discovery Plan 212 included differing proposed schedules for expert discovery. Before resolving 216 and establishing the applicable expert-discovery deadlines, the Court wishes to ensure that each party has an opportunity to state its position regarding the competing proposed schedules. Accordingly, any party wishing to respond to 216 or otherwise state its position concerning the appropriate expert-discovery schedule shall do so on or before September 17, 2026.
