STIPULATED JUDGMENT in favor of Plaintiff Moss and against the Defendant according to the terms in the "Joint Motion For Approval Of Settlement." Doc. 36 . Consistent with and pursuant to the terms of the parties' settlement agreement, all claims Moss has or may have arising out of or relating to this lawsuit, including but not limited to any claims under the FLSA for wages, overtime wages, the FLSA's anti-retaliatory discharge statute, attorneys' fees, costs, expenses, or other relief, award, or damages are hereby resolved and DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
