ORDER. The Court has reviewed the 12 Rule 26(f) Report, which was filed on behalf of Defendant only, due to defense counsel's apparent, repeated inability to reach Plaintiff's counsel to schedule a Rule 26 conference. See ECF No. 12 at 1. The Court observes that Plaintiff's counsel's law firm and contact information, as reflected on the docket, appears to be inaccurate and does not match the information provided in the underlying summons and Complaint prior to removal. See ECF No. 1-3. Thus, the Court assumes that Plaintiff's counsel has inexplicably failed to update her information with CMECF/PACER and is likely not receiving notices in this civil action as a result. Accordingly, the Clerk of Court is directed to contact Plaintiff's counsel, advise her of the foregoing issues, and instruct counsel to immediately update her information on CMECF/PACER. Signed by Judge Kari A. Dooley on April 27, 2026. (Spears, A.)
