The administrative record shall be produced by 11/20/2026. The parties shall meet and confer regarding the scope of the administrative record by 12/18/2026. Any motions regarding the administrative record shall be filed by 1/15/2027 with any response due by 2/1/2027. Any reply shall be filed by 2/18/2027. Motion for summary judgment shall be filed by 1/22/2027. Cross-motion and opposition to be filed by 3/5/2027. Any opposition to cross motion is due by 4/16/2027 with any reply to be filed by 5/7/2027. Hearing on motions for summary judgment set for 6/9/2027 at 1:00PM.
