The Court reminds the parties of their continuing obligation under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(e) to supplement their discovery responses should they learn those responses are incomplete or incorrect. Failure to supplement discovery responses as required can lead to sanctions under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 37(c)(1).
