Minute Entry for proceedings held before Judge Joy Flowers Conti: In-Person Status Conference held on 4/26/2024.Agenda items reviewed. Counsel to submit a revised proposed pre-trial order #31 to address the court's concerns as set forth on the record during the status conference. Deadline for DW to respond to the complaint will be stayed until the issue of personal jurisdiction over DW is resolved. The court emphasized that Rule 11 motions are disfavored. Counsel for plaintiffs gave an update regarding follow-ups from the final fairness hearing on 4/11/24 regarding the economic loss settlement. Plaintiffs' Counsel reported that, together with defendants' counsel, the parties contacted the putative class members who were deemed to have deficient opt-outs and the putative class members who objected to the settlement.
