DISPOSITION ORDER: WHEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Garnishee shall make payable and remit to the U.S. Department of Justice an amount equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of Defendant's Disposable Earnings and continue to make said payments until (a) the judgment debt owing to Plaintiff herein is satisfied in full, (b) Garnishee no longer owes any Nonexempt Disposable Earnings to Defendant, and/or (c) until further Order of this Court. IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that within ten (10) days of the entry of this Order, Garnishee shall cause a check to be issued and delivered to the U.S. Department of Justice, 111 South 10th Street, 20th Floor, St. Louis, MO 63102, for twenty-five percent (25%) of any Disposable Earnings that became due and payable by Garnishee to Defendant during the period beginning on the date of the service of the Writ of Garnishment upon Garnishee and continuing up through and including the date of the entry of this Order of Garnishment. IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Garnishee shall serve notice on the U.S. Attorney's Office, 111 South 10th Street, 20th Floor, St. Louis, MO 63102, in the event that Garnishee stops owing any Nonexempt Disposable Earnings to Defendant prior to the full satisfaction of the judgment debt owing herein to Plaintiff.
