The Court GRANTS IN PART the Motion to Continue Pre-Trial Conference and Trial Date (d/e 49 ). This case is currently set for a Motion Hearing on Defendant's counsel's Motion to Withdraw (d/e 30 and 31 ) on September 10, 2026, at 10:00 AM before Judge Sue E. Myerscough, Courtroom II, Springfield. The Court also sets this case for a Status Conference on September 10, 2026, at 10:00 AM for the purpose of addressing relief requested by Plaintiffs in their Motion to Continue (d/ 49 ). Therefore, the Court VACATES both the Final Pretrial Conference set on August 31, 2026, and the Jury Trial set on September 15, 2026. The parties shall be prepared to discuss alternate dates for setting of the Final Pretrial Conference and the Jury Trial at the September 10th hearing, as well as lifting the discovery stay and being prepared to address Plaintiffs' argument as to awarding relief.
