The parties have since reported agreement that the plaintiffs in these five cases no longer seek to amend their complaints to add Publix. Accordingly, the portion of the Court's Order granting these plaintiffs' motion for leave to add Publix is now hereby revised: the plaintiffs' motion for leave to amend to add Publix is DENIED as moot.
