Order on Motion to Seal
TEXT ORDER granting 682 , 689 motions to seal. The procedural requirements of Local Civil Rule 5.03 (D.S.C.) have been met here. The public received notice of the requests to seal when the motions were docketed, and interested parties have had a reasonable time to object. The Court finds that sealing the identified documents is appropriate, as they contain confidential information and there is no less drastic alternative to sealing the documents. See In re Knight Publ'g Co., 743 F.2d 231, 235-36 (4th Cir. 1984). The parties are directed to file the documents identified in their motions to seal by July 24, 2026. Additionally, the parties are to submit unredacted courtesy copies of any of the documents that exceed 25 pages, with all courtesy copies over 50 pages in bound form with exhibits indexed and tabbed.
