OPINION entered by Judge Colleen R. Lawless on 9/20/2023: The Court has reviewed all of Plaintiff's arguments and concludes that the ALJ properly applied the law and supported his decision with substantial evidence. For these reasons, Plaintiff& #039;s Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 14 ) is DENIED, and Defendant's Motion for Summary Affirmance is GRANTED. The decision denying benefits to Plaintiff Melissa Jo Miller is AFFIRMED. The Clerk of the Court is directed to enter judgment in favor of the Defendant Commissioner and against Plaintiff Miller.
