ORDER: The Court is in receipt of the Nasedkin defendants' motion to continue the preliminary injunction hearing, present live evidence, and compel expedited discovery, ECF 34 . Plaintiffs agree to continue the hearing up to 45 days. The Court GRANTS in part defendants' request for a continuance; the preliminary injunction hearing will be reset for the week of August 31, 2026, at a date and time to be set. The Court RESERVES RULING on defendants' request for an evidentiary hearing; plaintiffs are ORDERED to file a response in opposition or notice of consent to defendants' request for an evidentiary hearing by July 23, 2026. The Court DENIES defendants' request for expedited discovery. Discovery has been open since March 16, 2026, and defendants' discovery requests could have been served any time since then; discovery will continue in the normal course.
