PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon Defendants' Joint Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to File Reply in Further Support of Joint Partial Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff's Second Amended Complaint. 188 . Therein, Defendants seek an extension of seven (7) days to reply in support of their Partial Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff's Second Amended Complaint, (ECF No. 183), due to other professional commitments and deadlines. See (ECF No. 188) at 2. Plaintiff does not oppose the requested relief. Id. at 3. Accordingly, UPON CONSIDERATION of the Motion, the pertinent portions of the record, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion 188 is GRANTED.
