ORDER by Judge Mustafa T. Kasubhai: The parties notified the Court that they settled this case in August of 2025. The Court entered an order dismissing this action with prejudice. ECF No. 51 . On January 12, 2026, this Court heard oral argument regarding Plaintiff's Motion to Reopen the Case to enforce the parties' settlement agreement. ECF No. 64 . The Court denied that motion. Now, Defendant moves under Fed. R. Civ. P. 54(d) for attorney's fees and costs pursuant to that same settlement agreement. ECF No. 65 . Defendant's motion is DENIED. This Court again declines to reopen the case to enforce terms of the settlement agreement. (bd)
