ENDORSEMENT: The Court is in receipt of the Parties' joint status update. By September 15, 2026, all Parties should provide another update regarding settlement. This must include: 1) From counsel for Channel One: A substantive update on Channel One's settlement position. 2) From counsel for non-Channel One Defendants: For each of the six non-Channel One Defendants, the status of obtaining powers of attorney, including an anticipated timeline if not yet complete. 3) From counsel for non-Channel One Defendants: Evidence and explanation regarding any change in ownership of Comedy TV. To the extent settlement is not reached between non-Channel One Defendants and Plaintiffs, the update should also include a proposed briefing schedule for Kartina's pending motion. Finally, the Court reminds Defendants of their obligation to negotiate and participate in settlement discussions in good faith.
