EO: The Court reviewed 122 Plaintiffs Heather Moselle and Caitlin Thompson's Motion to Continue Trial and All Associated Pretrial Deadlines, 130 Defendant Kehoe and Defendant NCPS's (the Kehoe Defendants) Opposition, 133 Defendant NSMH's Opposition, 139 Plaintiffs' Supplemental Brief, 140 Plaintiffs' Reply, 148 the Kehoe Defendants' Opposition to Plaintiffs' Supplemental Brief, and 150 Plaintiffs' Reply to their Supplemental Brief.
After balancing the interests of all parties, the Court grants a two-month continuance of the trial date and all deadlines that are unexpired as of May 20, 2026. Regarding the new trial date, counsel for the parties are DIRECTED to meet and confer to discuss a new trial date. No later than August 4, 2026, counsel shall submit a joint email to porter_orders@hid.uscourts.gov with a proposed agreed-upon trial date that is no sooner than 1/11/2027 and no later than 2/8/2027.
In light of the above, the Court GRANTS IN PART Plaintiffs' 122 Motion.
