ORDER GRANTING JOINT STIPULATED MOTION TO STAY PROCEEDINGS PENDING THE NOVEMBER 18, 2026 STATUS CONFERENCE. The Motion [ECF 99 ] is GRANTED. All remaining deadlines set forth in the Scheduling Order [Doc. 74 ], as amended, including the deadline for rebuttal expert reports (September 23, 2026), the deadline for motions pursuant to Fed. R. Evid. 702 (October 23, 2026), the discovery cutoff (November 2, 2026), the dispositive motion deadline (January 6, 2027), and the Final Pretrial Conference (March 30, 2027), are hereby STAYED pending further order of the Court following the November 18, 2026, status conference. This stay does not extend, suspend, or otherwise affect Defendant's obligations under the Court's September 11, 2026 Minute Order [Doc. 97 ], including the production to Plaintiff and the submission to chambers for in camera review due on or before October 13, 2026. The November 18, 2026 status conference is not vacated and shall proceed as set. The Parties shall advise the Court of the selected mediator and mediation date at or before the November 18, 2026 status conference. The Parties shall submit an Amended Proposed Scheduling Order for the Court's consideration pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 16(b) and D.C.COLO.LCivR 16.1 within fourteen (14) days after the Court's ruling on its in camera review of the claim materials for the period of June 30, 2023 through September 30, 2024, or as the Court otherwise directs at the November 18, 2026 status conference.
