ORDER. The Court has received the parties' request for an extension of time to file their Joint Pre-Trial Order ("JPTO") and any motions in limine and pretrial memoranda. (ECF No. 108 .) The Court notes that this request is untimely submitted on the eve of their deadline, see Individual Rule 1.7.3 (requiring a request to extend a filing deadline to be made three business days in advance); that this deadline was selected with the parties' input at the June 23, 2026 pre-trial conference; and that the Court's July 18, 2026 Scheduling Order expressly stated, "There shall be no extensions or adjournments." (Min. Entry, June 23, 2026; ECF No. 105 .) The existence of competing deadlines is not an appropriate basis to untimely request an extension in light of counsels' knowledge of this deadline for nearly three months. Nevertheless, the Court will permit a one-time extension. The parties shall submit their JPTO and any motions in limine and pretrial memoranda of law by October 23, 2026. Any responses to the motions and memoranda shall be due November 6, 2026. All other deadlines in the Court's July 18, 2026 Scheduling Order remain unchanged and any further untimely requests for extensions or adjournments will be denied on the basis of untimeliness alone.
