ORDER: The plaintiffs, fifteen transferees of distributional interests in an Illinois company named MT Holdings, LLC, claim that the defendant, Chicago South Loop Holdings III, LLC ("South Loop III"), wrongfully deprived them of the value o f those distributional interests. But, for the reasons explained in the attached Statement, the plaintiffs' distributional interests had no value, so South Loop III did not deprive them of anything. South Loop III's motion for summary judgment is granted, and the plaintiffs' motion for summary judgment is denied. Final judgment will be entered in favor of South Loop III. Civil case terminated.
