Order on Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery
ORDER Defendants' request for an extension of time to complete discovery 95 is untimely and is denied. Because the request was filed after Defendants' response deadline had passed, the Court resets the deadline as follows: Defendants to respond to Plaintiff's Fourth Supplemental Discovery Demands by September 22, 2026. Fact discovery to close as scheduled on September 30, 2026. If Plaintiff wishes to move for Court intervention regarding Defendants' compliance with discovery orders, he may do so by October 8, 2026. To the extent Defendants' responses are deficient and need to be supplemented, the Court will reopen discovery for that limited purpose.
