Settlement Conference ~Util - Set Deadlines/Hearings

Prior to the start of the settlement conference scheduled for July 2, 2026, Plaintiff emailed Chambers requesting to adjourn the conference. Defendants' counsel, Lisa Casa, Esq. appeared at the conference, and the Court spoke with her. The settlement conference is adjourned to August 18, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. by video.
